Every user of Zolaroid needs to be 18+ to use the platform, this includes both creators and fans.
As a fan we require you to upload a picture or scan of an identity document. Ideally a passport or driving licence to prove you're 18+.
Once you have uploaded one of our team will review your account and approve or reject.
How long do reviews take?
We aim to review all fan identity documents within 24 hours.
Are my document uploads secure?
Yes only our admin team have access to review and once the review is complete we delete the file.
