Payouts Currency conversion
Details on how Zolaroid automatically converts your payout into your chosen currency
All transactions and payouts are made and calculated in US Dollar (USD) on Zolaroid. However, we allow creators to receive their payouts in their chosen currency so that they don't pay a currency conversion fee if their bank charges one.

Currency conversion
We don't charge any currency conversion fee and by allowing us to do the currency conversion you won't be charged any by your bank.
Conversion Rate
We use the fairest rate possible which is called the 'mid-market rate'. From a general understanding, bankers are willing to pay a certain price for a currency, and they’re willing to sell it for a certain price. The midpoint of these prices is the mid-market rate.
Since that’s the rate the market naturally sets, it’s the ‘realest’ and fairest rate out there. And that is the rate Zolaroid uses.
Where can I view the conversion rate?
Every single payout will show the conversion rate and amount you received in your chosen currency if your currency is not USD.
